As the weather warms up, so does our wardrobe.
Pink has gone from soft to shocking. Fuchsia pink, bubble-gum pink and all shades in between. Millennial (soft muted) pink is a thing. Look it up. It is everywhere. Homeware, make-up, linen, menswear and HIGH FASHION!
Slouchy athleisure pieces keep the pink obsession from being OTT girlie. Mixing it with muted greys and khakis keeps pink subdued. Re-think pink by choosing from a broad-spectrum of blush to shocking and everything in between. Find a shade that speaks to you. Have some fun with a tonal pink look. Mix a few shades together or better yet, clash it out with red or orange.
New Zealander’s, bless ‘em, are a bunch of neutral-loving, head-to-toe black wearing, ‘dark-colours-are-slimming’ dressers. Go against the grain with a flash of pink. If you are not feeling brave yet, cheat and wear a pop of pink close to your heart. It looks luscious in lingerie.
