Please use the Countdown entrance on Level 1 to access the Centre.

T's & C's apply for all bookings:

• Pets must be brought into the Centre on a lead and remain on the lead the entire visit.

• Owner must be responsible for their pet/s at all times.

• Owner must bring waste disposal bags to clean up after their pet if required. Please note that waste is prohibited from being placed in bins inside the Centre.

• In the event any pet exhibits aggressive behaviour, we will ask that they be removed from the Centre.

• Please refrain from locking pets in cars after the event.

• All photography packages are available. Note photos are available immediately after your session.

• Pets in costume are welcome and you or your family members are welcome to be photographed with your pet.
